If you are interested try seeking out a naturopath or a homeopath and see if they can help you along with the CBTif you have a whole foods or other health food store similar to that you can go into their healthy living department and ask if they have and referals for a homeopath, or a naturopath.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I wish I could go to the Twitter chats!  I first told my husband about my thoughts about 3 months postpartum (I had had them since coming home from the hospital.)  Even when my baby was in the NICU I had them.  I thought it was just my hormones, but it kept happening.  Months later and after trying several drugs, I am now off all antidepressants and in CBT.  Its so scary but I have no other choice since I cannot tolerate the medications.  Thank you so much for speaking out.  You have encouraged me so much.]]></description>
